KLD-DC series integrated DC charger integrates various functions such as charging module, charging control, metering and billing, and communication in one product with high protection module as the core.The core module adopts maintenance-free design, with stronger environmental adaptability and wider output voltage range. It is simple to install and debug and has flexible configuration, meeting the requirements for BMS of different vehicles; adapts to a variety of charging environments, applies to high-altitude scenarios; applicable to buses, passenger cars, heavy trucks, logistics vehicles, special vehicles and other models.
Intelligent man-machine interface is clear and easy for operation; real-time display of the amount of charged, charging time, the current price of electricity, charging price and other information and operating status. a variety of start-up methods can meet the diverse application needs.
The output voltage range is DC200-1000V, which can meet the charging needs of different models, and can provide the corresponding voltage and current according to the actual needs of the electric vehicles. It not only avoids the impact of over-charging or under-charging on the EV battery, but also improves the charging efficiency.
It has multiple protection functions such as ground protection, reverse connection protection, over-current protection, leakage protection, short-circuit protection, over-charging protection, over-temperature protection, lightning protection, over-voltage protection, and waterproof protection, etc. These functions can effectively prevent potential safety hazards in the charging process, and protect the safety of the user and the vehicle.
It supports WIFI, 4G or Ethernet access to the cloud platform, remote OTA and remote diagnosis, so that the user can carry out software updates, fault diagnosis and other operations far away from the equipment, and monitor the status of the battery during charging. The charging current and voltage will be adjusted automatically according to the temperature and charging curve of the battery.
Secondary customization is available according to user’s requirements to meet diversified needs, making the charging experience more personalized.
