KLD-DCC series split DC charger is used as charging power for centralized charging grids, which can quickly and effectively deploy charging networks to provide high-power charging services for electric vehicles. The system consists of charger (cabinet) and charger terminal. Split quick charger system is mainly for multi-functional high-power charger with various charging modes, which is suitable for working conditions where the power modules need to be managed in a unified way, for example, charging stations.
It consists of the main power cabinet and multiple charging terminals, and the charging terminals can be classified into two types: two guns charger and one gun charger; the product adopts the concept of modular design, utilizes centralized control and flexible charging technology to achieve power sharing and on-demand distribution, which can meet the charging needs of different models of electric vehicles with different power.
The charging power of DC liquid-cooling supercharging terminal is up to 600kW, and the intelligently adjusted liquid-cooling heat dissipation technology meets the requirements of the cable when the current is 600A. It can replenish the energy by charging for 5min to run over 300km, and provide customers with charging experience as if it’s being fueled by gasoline, maximizing supercharging satisfaction.
Ultra-wide voltage output can be applied to all models, the power can be jumped from 360kW to 480kW by only changing the power module and other parts; at the same time, the conventional terminal can be directly upgraded to liquid-cooling terminal, which greatly reduces the cost of investing in equipment at a later stage.
The charging terminal wires are lighter and softer, which is easy for female users to operate with one hand. It’s equipped with a full-color touch screen, which enables the user to operate quicklly and accurately, enhancing the efficiency of human-computer interaction and user experience.
Charging terminal can be designed with creative advertisements and picture DIY customization to meet different needs, making the charging experience more personalized.
